    in pursuit of people, new places, simple adventures and great stories, Stephen Andrews serves as Vice President of Marketing for Passport Resorts based in San Francisco — award-winning for their green & sustainable tourism practices — and whose properties include Post Ranch Inn in Big Sur and Cavallo Point Lodge in Sausalito. He has explored and promoted destination travel and tourism through television, radio and print media for the past 25 years... while having way too much fun doing it.

Sally James ~ Program Co-Creator, Producer & Host

    Sally James is an award-winning Australian author, educator, chef, television presenter and radio host whose books and recipes have won international acclaim for food and wine pairing, health and creativity.  She is the author of eighteen cookbooks and publications, including her best selling Simply Healthy - winner of the prestigious Gourmand World Cookbook Awards, Versailles, France, 1999, for Best Health Cookbook; Fresh and Healthy - Winner of the 2001 IACP International Cookbook Award in the Health category; Simply Sensational, a finalist in the IACP Cookbook awards in 2003, Escape to Yountville - Recipes for Health and Relaxation from the Napa Valley,
and the Australian Heart Foundation Cookbook.

            James has written for and been featured in multiple publications and appeared on television in both Australia and the US since relocating in 2001, including Vogue Entertaining, Qantas Club Magazine, Family Circle, Cooking Light, Wine Spectator, New York Times' Savor Wine Country, Plate and In the Mix. She has appeared on Food Network, ABC TV's View from the Bay, What's Cooking with Geoff Jansz and the Midday Show in Australia. She has been a guest chef and lecturer for the American Heart Association, the Culinary Institute of America, Johnson and Wales Universities, Disney's Epcot International Food and Wine Festival, COPIA, the Aspen Food and Wine Classic, the National Restaurant Association Show,  Draegar's and Publix Markets.

              In her spare time, James loves traveling the world to find off the beaten track experiences, new cultures and food discoveries. At home her passion is running, swimming (if there's some good surf around) and

cooking a meal with a glass of wine.
